Why We Exist
Most businesses in Cape Town are managing their IT the same way they always have. Something breaks, someone calls a contact, it gets fixed, life moves on. There is no monitoring, no maintenance, no plan and no one keeping an eye on things in between.
We started Recloud because we saw how much time, money and stress that approach costs businesses over time. The unexpected failures, the data that was never backed up, the email that turned out to be a scam, the laptop that died with three years of files on it.
We wanted to build something different. A service that treats your IT the way it deserves to be treated, proactively, consistently and without the jargon.
